Belsize Park Rugby Football Club - Central London

Touring History

Belsize On Tour

Obviously we are heavily restricted here by the golden rule, "What goes on tour...".  However, we can tell you that we are proud of our position as the most widely toured amateur rugby club in the world.  With touring at the heart of the club's traditions, we have managed to carve out an impressive history of touring twice a season.  As well as regular fixtures in France, Ireland, Scotland and Wales, and throughout the UK, we have toured extensively on other continents, especially the Americas, and below is a list of our major tours during the last three decades.

In this time, we have skied Whistler and Lake Placid, surfed in Laguna Beach, sailed in Destin and Seattle, white water rafted in Chattanooga, doubled one night spending in The Chicken Ranch, have had 28th March named Belsize RFC Day in the state of Nevada, played footy in Ipanema, sung the blues in New Orleans, escaped from Waco singed but alive, been hosted by the British Ambassador at the Embassy in Riga, frozen our whatsits in the Baltic, outshone an electric storm in the Carolinas, and played curtain raiser to an international in Lithuania. 30 years of playing rugby worldwide, and hosting international peers in the UK, means that Belsize has global presence, and an invitation to play second to none.
